3 minutes ago Horrible service. No refund after an inaccurate eye test left me with poor eyesight for months. Was forced to try and replace lens 2 or 3 times via the Walmart side of this Vision center. Walmart gave me a refund for the lens, after they were unable to correct the problem. Spoke with Eric Buckland, the Optometrist, about a refund for the eye test itself, as I had no other option but to go to a different Optometrist center to get tested. Eric refused to refund and said it isn't his problem I live so far from Walmart Vision Center in Grove City. Problem isn't distance to get there, problem is having to try and work with 80% perfect vision from an inaccurate eye test. Taking this to facebook and Walmart management. I want a refund!
