this company was assigned to me by my health insurer and never picked me up for my Doctors appointment. When I called my insurer, they contacted Mercy and was told that the driver said that they called me and also knocked on my door. I told my company that they were full of it, and that they could look up my phone account (on-line) and see that there was never a phone call from them or anyone this particular morning! This same company left me stranded at a doctors appointment previously I have filed a formal complaint with my insurer. Now I have to wait another 6 weeks before I can see my Doctor.

Had my first ride this provider today. Friendly driver, Benson, called to let me know he was on his way, got me to my appt on time and picked me up within the 30 minute return time window. I look forward to using them again.
