I called to get information and the customer service "director" was either under the influence of something or she just has no idea How to do her job I had 3 simple questions and it seemed like either she didn't understand what language I was speaking which was English but I mean I wouldn't want someone like that working for me just thought it should be brought to the attention of the owner oh after repeating myself 6 times she seemed to become preoccupied and it sounded like texting then she put me on hold didn't realize she didn't mute the phone and she was really going off on her significant other I got so annoyed I hung up I'll never do business here again. The owner needs to hire new people that want to work and not be hung up on boyfriends all day smh I don't recommend doing business with this company I would give 0 stars if I was able to
