I cannot recommend this business. I, along with hundreds of others sent payment to Joe Holmes and have not received anything back in over 7 months. I mailed him $275 in November 2011. It's now May 2012 and nothing. No reply to my emails. No return phone calls. No answer to my fax messages. This business has an F rating with the BBB in Las vegas with over 200 complaints for the same thing. This used to be a good service until sometime in 2011.

After a recommendation from a friend whohad a successful transaction with ITS, I sent $360 in June of '12. After so many months and multiple voice messages I have no title. No wonder Las Vegas BBB gives this business an F. What a shame.
