1 star isn't low enough Avoid MRA. Phonecalls do not get answered. Left voice-mails no response. No replies from emails. Push off any issues and say call the police nothing they can do and the police say HOA issue. MRA does selective enforcement especially in The Village of Gracecroft. If you are LBGT+ you will be treated differently and receive violations or have property stolen MRA will claim a letter was sent out which you never receive. MRA refuses to deal with parking problems and then when a homeowner tries to protect their own property from damage (cones, pool noodles, tarps, foam) MRA punishes the victim of the damage not the reason they had to protect their property in the first place. reward homeowners who initiate hate crimes. MRA refuses to allow homeowners to have a meeting regardless of the reason. Try to do mediation with a 3rd party nope MRA denies that too. MRA encourages and allows portable basketball hoops to be placed in the street blocking people from driving to their homes then the kids damage peoples cars and property and MRA does nothing. The favoritism and whatever non LBGT+ homeowners have with MRA and HOA is unreal. I shouldn't have to sleep with a man to be able to live in peace and not have my property daily damaged.
