I hired d&h to hook up my city sewer connection. They started the job at the end of june and never really finished it. I had to cover the septic tank that was left open for three days to prevent someone from being injured or killed, the tank was not filled to grade as required by city, the lid was broken by workers and just left open until I called to complain. When they did come to close it a pile of trash was left in my neighbors yard. the roots that they dug up were piled up in my ivy patch and the framing timbers around my flower bed that they said they were gonna put back were also left in my ivy. I called on July 3 to ask them to get the trash from my neighbors yard, they were apologetic and said that they would take care of it. On july 9 I called again and ask them to please remove the trash from my neighbors yard.After eight days of waiting I finally loaded the trash and took it to the address on my invoice and found an emty home located at the address with no actual office. This company is unprofessional would never use or reccomend them again. Beware!!!!
