As a former employee of this business I have first hand knowledge of the deceptive practices employed by this company in its dealings with both its customers and its employees. Hendrick's Box Company has underqualified personel at its highest level positions. It has benefited from the toll recession took on its competitors and was able to temporarily pad its financials by aquiring accounts its competitors lost as they closed their doors. However, poor quality of management and lack of quality built into its processes will prevent it from retaining its customers for the long term. I expect to see the company's financials to deteriate as customers realize that its not a reliable supplier for the future. The owner of the company has positioned the company for a sell-out and has mitigated his risk of liability by leasing the majority of the company's assets and by making purchases of assets on credit under other people's names and only putting assets that are fully paid for in his name. Its debt has increased considerably with the financing of an expansion of a building it doesn't own. As it becomes harder to pay off its creditors I expect to see the company sold again.
