Apartment and Retail Space Rentals Kinvara Realty or KR Management is a small portion of the Briar Group of Boston. Our apartment buildings are located in Allston, Brighton, South Boston, and Newport, RI. The Briar Group is the leading Irish Restaurant company in Boston, owning The Harp, Ned Devines, and Anthem to name a few. Kinvara Realty is an internal company. We run our own buildings and have our own maintenance and office staff. We do not manage outside properties.
