they picked up on time but i cancelled my service bc i found another service cheaper and i gave them the date to quit picking me up. no problems there but 4 months later outta the blue i get a letter from a collection agencie sayn i owe 48 buck i cancelled service with no outstanding balance i think they r tryn to corn hole me. very upset. dont use this company
