I hired Tom to install rain glass in my new shower, and glass in curio hutch that I had refinished. He brought pictures of his previous work, samples of the different hardware he uses, explained the different glass thicknesses, pros and cons, and took his time measuring. Another vendor I called asked me my measurements over the phone and the third vendor never called me back. I found Tom to be comparable in price for what I was wanting. I got a beautiful, high quality install, exactly what I wanted. Tom was very easy to work with, paid attention to what I wanted, and made it happen. The job was done promptly. Just realize, just like everything else, you get what you pay for. I was looking for a quality job done right, and that’s what I got. As far as the unsatisfactory review on here, I’m an electrician. If I give a bid on a whole room addition, I would be skeptical of a customer wanting to hire a different electrician to do each wall, just because he’s too cheap to pay the going rate for the whole job. Those customers can never be pleased and end up being a bigger problem later. Just by the review the guy wrote, as far as I’m concerned, Tom did the right thing turning that job down.

I di not recommend this company or Tom. He is focused on his profit vs. doing a great job for his customer. After giving us a proposal for multiple glass projects we got other bids and found tom's to be significantly higher in some areas. When we gave some areas to other glass companies, tom refused to do the other glass projects on our job. THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WE DO NOT RECOMMEND Creative Glass Werks

I recently checked my Manta page and notice a complaint that I must address. I gave a quote for a job, this was only a quote. I had lowered my prices on some of the items, to bring down the quote total, and told the contractor the quote was for everything together. He called back later and said the owner only wants certain items. After explaining several times again that the quote was for everything together, I then decided not to do it and turned down the job. I don't know what prices were given or what was said to the owner. It's written that "He is focused on his profit vs. doing a great job for his customer" this statement is false. Customer Service is at the top of my list and being recommended from one customer to another is a big compliment and I've had many. As a business owner I do pay attention to my bottom line especially in this economy as hardware/glass prices continue to rise, but I do not "focus" on profits alone. I've been in the glass industry for over 23 years, 7 years on my own. I got my license in July 2006 and went out on my own in December 2006 not knowing the housing market would crash the following month. I'm still in business where others unfortunately have folded. If I provided such "bad customer service" and "focus only" on profits, I wouldn't be in business today.
