When you come to this daycare you better be ready to kiss butt, and get treated as if you are the black sheep of the family. The director of this place has the worst attitude I have ever seen in someone. She always looks and acts like she is miserable, she never smiles, or says hello to greet you. She mean mugs you, and acts like she is going to tackle you if you look at her the wrong way. And her people skills are non existent. Don’t bother reading the policy they give you, bc they like to makes rules as they go, and when you talk to the owner his only answer is “well, we aren’t perfect”. Most of the teachers are great, however there are always a few bad apples on a tree, and those never fall far. Meaning, the director and the assistant director are mother/daughter. So, if you have any issue your screwed bc they are family, and stick together, “like it’s them against the world!”. Their turn over rate is high bc their staff is treated VERY poorly, and paid minimal. They get these sweet army wife’s in there and then treat them as if they are nothing and pay them the same. Also, if your child ever acts up they will send him/her to the directors office so she can intimidate them to act better. Better not have an accident, bc they will put your son in girl Polka dotted pajama pants and swear up and down it was “all they had”, which was convenient considering, I just had a talk with them about their negative attitudes. I am convinced they did this to humiliate my child bc they didn’t like what I had to say, so they punished the only person they could. My son. This place needs to clean house and get rid of the people who are running it into the ground. We were there a total of 6 months, and that’s all it took. Whenever you speak to the director she always has some smart comment to make, and hides from you so she doesn’t have to “talk” to you. Save your money and send your children somewhere that actually appreciates your kids, and yourself. This place only cares about taking your money, & finding a reason to send your kid home so they don’t have to work. Also, the longer you are there the higher your tuition gets. So be loyal and get charged more! The assistant directors kids are enrolled here, and if your lucky enough to get in a class with them, you might not be treated as bad, but I wouldn’t hold my breath. RUN as fast as you can from here unless you want to be stressed and broke bc they will tear you down, and charge you extra in hopes you will just pay it and not question it.
