My overall experience with Tom and his crew was exceptional. I was very selective when choosing someone to insulate my newly purchased home. I received separate price quotes/approaches from 3 different competitors. I chose Discount Insulation Co and I'm glad I did. Tom visited my home for a thorough inspection and provided me with an estimate via email shortly thereafter. I learned alot from him during his inspection. His approach differed from other approaches in certain aspects, and he provided logical reasoning when I questioned him about it. He has had many years of experience which ultimately was my main selection criteria along with price. He really knows what he's doing. His estimate was very fair for the amount of work that was performed. He and his crew arrived promptly to prepare the house and setup equipment. They were very clean and courteous, and quiet. In fact I enjoyed having them around for the full 2 day job. Tom is very keen on performing the work himself with the help of his crew - it was clear that he takes pride in his work and the end product. We are extremely pleased with the end result ahead of the cold season.
