We work for several different Facility management companies and IIM is by far TOP NOTCH!

Does not pay! Very rude & condescending. Did work for them but they wont pay. Had to fight for payment in 2012 and it continues into 2013...beware..do not hire this company to manage ANYTHING!

IIM is the worst company to work for .Payments are very slow they over charge dollar general service calls for each call when tech is on site.. They hire contractors that are fly by night as long as that contractor is the cheapest he is in for work with no license and no experience .Dollar General repairs and costs have doubled since hiring this company DOLLAR GENERAL. OPEN YOUR EYES TO THIS COMPANY
