The only builder in Pagosa Springs that I would recommend would be Alpine Design and Build. They are honest and did a great job at overcoming any design problems we came across. I liked David a lot and he did great work.

We worked with Alpine Design and Build while we were still out of state but it was a very positive experience. They sent a lot of great photos and emails and we communicated a lot through phone calls which was great. We plan on using them for our next project and would highly recommend them.

Alpine Design and Build is very good. They were willing to work with us throughout the whole project and were great with our budget. They are very easy to work with and we had a lot of one on one interaction.

The communication with us and the contractor over at Alpine Design and Build was very good. They designed the house and before they would put in any of the fittings they would show us everything they were doing. They would even go as far as to email us pictures that we could then approve.

Very versed, artistic, and experienced builder. I recommend them!
