Gabriel (and our initial contact, Margaret) were incredibly helpful and professional. Gabriel really knows his business, is a talented designer and was very patient with my mom and me, which was particularly appreciated after we had been dealing with such a difficult time. Gabriel made excellent suggestions and never tried to upsell us--in fact, he tried to save us money. He truly cares about his customers and his years of experience with a family business really came through. We will definitely go to Gabriel and Pelaggi Monuments for any future needs.
