Country Noel has been a favorite store of mine for years. The owners are doing something right because the staff have been there as long as I have been shopping there and they truly get to know their customers on a personal level. Whenever I went to the store, they would greet me by name and immediately tell me about the new pieces they got in that they knew I would be interested in. I love how they offer a frequesnt buyers card on so many products they offer in the store. I recently moved from Maine to San Antonio Texas. I found a store here in Texas that offers the same products but the customer service was deplorable. The return policy at Country Noel is always honored, regardless of when you purchased the product. Here is Texas, I tried to buy something in November for a Christmas present and they would not honor a return unless I bring it back within 7 days. I have purchased a Radko ornament for my sister each Christmas for years. If she didn't like it or already had the ornament, Country Noel would allow her to exchange it for anything else she wanted. This store would not allow this even after I told them it was a Christmas gift. I have gotten use to the superior customer service from a small business owner. I immediately called them and asked if I could continue to buy from them from across the states. I could feel their smile over the phone. Without a doubt, they have distinguished themselves from all others! Thank you Jean & staff! I love you!!!
