If you have any kind of self worth or value for yourself you don't want to work for this company . Take your professionalism elsewhere as this company is everything but . I was called a name that starts with an "N" and yes I am African American . Upper management sided with the other party that was caucasian .& Took my livelihood . The project manager is intimidated by educated African American women and is the reason for the hostile work environment. She has no backbone and never communicated that I wasn't a good fit until the incident . They let staff walk all over them because they don't want them to quit as they pay very little . PacoTech has no structure. They hide behind the temp agency so they don't have to be accountable for their actions . This company has too much credibility and should be known for what they are unprofessional and racist . I was harassed for standing up for myself. This is the drama and heart ache that you don't want . Put yourself first and decide to move forward with a different company as this one is racist and unprofessional.
