Cannot pay employees on time.Should be investigated.

Has a problem paying employees, keeping contracts, I believe this company, and owner should be thoroughly investigated on a civil and criminal level due to incompetence in paying its employees! Im still waiting on over $300.00 in wages for services performed almost 3 months ago!
