Monika Nayyar contracted my father to repair homes that she was preparing to go on the market. They had agreed on a set price for the repairs. After a little over a week of labor, he spoke with her about his compensation. He let her know she keeps adding repairs for him to do that take up to a whole day to fix, which means more money too. The price that was set is no longer enough. She stated she was not willing to give him more money so my father told her he couldn't continue to work for her, if she didn't pay him for his labor. While he packed up his equipment to leave she gave him not even half of what she had agreed on after over a week of labor. I called to speak with her as there is a small language barrier with my father. She was very rude and disrespectful. She stated she would talk to him personally and hung up on me, even after I let her know I was interpreting for him. Monika knows the hard work my dad and his team have completed successfully for her and has still denied him payment. It's so sad that this is the kind of business she offers. I HIGHLY do not recommend doing any business with MONIKA NAYYAR/ MARRS REALITY INC. We are so disappointed.
