Lansdale Ice gave us a broken ice luge for a Christmas party - no one used it because the shots ran down the sides and onto the floor. We accepted a "replacement" luge for a subsequent party a few weeks later. The replacement was also bad (both shots ran down the same channel) and again no one would use it. We took the luge back to Lansdale Ice so they could see the problem, the people at Lansdale Ice dropped it and broke it and then said there was nothing wrong with it to begin with. I would not trust Lansdale Ice to provide a quality product or stand by their products. DO NOT waste your money purchasing an ice luge from them.

I bought several ice luges from Lansdale Ice and never had a problem! We have bought both the large and the medium always the hit of the party!
