Not a fan! This was a bathroom remodel. Took out a tub, replaced the plumbing, laid new tile floor in the walk in shower and also vinyl flooring.To start with when he took the job he seemed reliable. There were several times he was late but kept on track and finished the job on time.He had a sub helping with the tiling. The problem started 10 months later...... I started having leaking from the bathroom floor into the basement. Upon investigating I realized it was coming from under a strip that had not held. I contacted him and he was not happy. Complaining that I waited one year to contact him! Finally, when he came to look at the problem, he stated it was not his work that was the problem but one of his subs. He said he would take care of it though. For 3 months he gave me the run around. Telling me he would come and repair the problem....3 months of excuses. He made several appointments with me but stood me up. No call, nothing. When I would speak to him, which was rare (he prefers to send 3 page rambling, nonsensical and often inappropriate texts) he would always blame his sub for the problem. Clearly, he did not want to fix the problem. Even though he was the contractor! He's turned out to be very unprofessional and has not contacted me since he stood me up over a week ago. Obviously he doesn't deal with problems well and doesn't even try to make amends.
