Unfortunately I have referred people I know to these guys because I have always had good service from them but now it seems that something has changed and they have turned into terrible customer service and have NO respect for their customers. The last people I recommended to J&T Auto Repair ended up with them blowing up engine in their car. And this was after 2 months of it sitting there while the mechanic made excuses why it wasn't being worked on. Now they are refusing to make it right. The mechanic laughed at the situation when he was talking about the situation with owner of the car. I would recommend NO ONE bring their vehicles there to be worked on. Unfortunate, because they use to be all about customer service,
