LO Properties location at One Perkins Place in Baton Rouge the manger there when I was there name Connie was the worst very forgetful, disorganized, among other things. My 30 day notice was given because I was moving to another state moved out 30 days later turn in the keys in her hand and 2 years later it's showing up that I owe money which is not the case because I moved out ON TIME she received the keys to the place I owe nothing. She was very forgetful sent her emails that I was moving in 30 days the lease was up had another job in another state. She left a message a couple of weeks after I moved out saying she needed December rent.. But I moved out in November you have the keys what are you talking about. This lady has a drinking problem and is not all there. Never received anything in writing as to why I owe her (which I don't) but I'm disputing it and had to get an attorney. Stay away from this place there was a lot going on with her she was with another management property before this and was let go from there and she was moved to this company (L O Properties) but I see why the other company got rid of her so abruptly. Just stay away from this property at One Perkins Place in Baton Rouge especially if Connie is still there handling the property, you will be sorry if you don't, plus the units in my area were full of rats that they had to keep coming out to set traps for but Connie was in another world when it came to it. Just stay away...
