Grover Cleveland Tenants Corp DON'T BUY HERE! Six supers in about 10 years. An out of control board and property manager along with a slanderous, vicious attorney. GANGSTERISM. NO ELECTED BOARD. NO QUORUM. Board led by dictator Leslie Siegel. Backed by property manager Ken Lovett, and liar/lawyer Abbey Goldstein who slanders and libels people. Residents either don't care, are terrified to take on board, or just don't care and think that everything is cool!
