If you want to retire in peace don't move here. There is a clique here that is nasty to newcomers. The Board is as dumb as they come. Much turmoil here and not worth the hassle. If you're smart you won't buy in this place.

She proceeded to leave me a threatening voice mail regarding distributing Avon catalogs to residents. I am a resident and wouldn't trust her further than I could throw her.
