I rented from them for a year and a half and would have rented longer if I could've. They took excellent care of the property and always kept it looking clean, inside and out. The maintenance crew members were nice guys and were proficient with quickly finding solutions to any emergency or non-emergency issues. They also made sure to give us proper notice before starting projects, even ones that didn't require them to enter my apartment. The owner Mike was always fair about rent and kept it really affordable for the value of the apartment.

We wanted to let you know how happy we are since moving into a newly renovated apartment of yours. We can't believe how quiet it is here. The other families are very friendly. It's so obvious that they like living here too. There are always smiles when they greet you. Maintenance issues are handled promptly by very polite young men who know what they are doing and they clean up after themselves. We appreciate that. You have also taken great care of the safety of all of us with the sanitizing of everything in the common areas of our building. Thank you very much for that. We hope to be living here for a long time.

My time renting from them was well spent. Laundry room and hallways were always clean, grounds crew kept everything looking nice out side year round too. The owner was also very understanding and down to earth. My building was very secure with coded locks on the front and back doors to keep out intruders at night. Without a doubt one of the better places to rent from in the area
