absolutely the worst place i've ever lived at. a goldfish could've done a better job managing the complex than the current manager. the man literally and i mean LITERALLY wouldn't fix anything we didn't have hot water for months and he refused to fix it. he wouldn't fix a toilet issue that was affecting another tenets room. proceeded to dodge all conversation in requesting to help. an absolutely mess of a place. if i could give it zero stars i would.
