If only I could give them 0 stars. Unresponsive regarding the MOUSE PROBLEM we were constantly dealing with in my apartment. I had mold all over my bedroom wall. They completely MISmanaged my security deposit because they did not start a new ledger when I took over as someone's roommate, so my deposit went towards the previous tenant's late fees. They wished me "luck" in getting my money from the previous tenant and did not return the money to me, despite mountains of proof and trails that showed I was rightfully owed this money and no late fees were incurred by me. Dan, Thomas, and Diana do not know how to do their jobs. No responsibility was taken for their mismanagement of funds. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They also massively overcharge rent for the apartment you're getting, NOT WORTH IT.
