I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. The quality of their work is ok at best. But he real issue Is the way we have been treated since we bought a home from them 10 years ago. There have been other issues before this one, but they have created a dump site/junk yard behind my home less than 20 feet from my property line. Less than 75 feet from my kitchen window are 3 railroad car type metal storage units, a tractor trailer, a dumpster, a tractor amd several of its imolements, piles of rock and gravel amd piles of miscellaneous scraps. This is all sitting in a bed of weeds.. Not what you expect when you move into a new neighborhood! This mess has been there for over a year and is growing. I have asked them to move it. One partner said he would see what he could do and did nothing. The other one wouldn't return my calls. It is very trashy looking and embarrassing. I cannot entertain in my back yard and my home is not marketable. Once these people get your money there is no customer service and they have no ethics at all. BUYER BEWARE!!!
