Avoid this store at all costs. I have never been treated worse ever. The customer service is awful. You can not reach a decision maker period. They try to avoid customers totally. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere.

I am NOT a fan of Cathy Jean Inc. This store is a very sad excuse for a retail store. Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The corporate office doesn't handle customer issues or concerns and they do not give their district or store managers any authority either! I urge you NOT to patronize Cathy Jean Inc. stores!!!!!
