I purchased my second TroyBilt Pony riding mower on 09 Nov 24 from TSC in Urbana, OH. We were shipped the one they had on outside display for two years. Once delivered, the battery had the stickers torn off and after checking my charger showed the battery was DEAD! I tried charging it to no avail. I then ordered a new battery from SBD (Outdoor) / MTD Products and it arrived today in good order. A slight charge will bring it up 100% and I'll be mowing tomorrow! This company has found a new customer, by acting quickly to get my order to me. Thank You to all the folks that work here!
