Kevin installed my laminate flooring in 2009 and did a great job. I had to have it replaced over the summer due to water damage, and the floors now squeek, crack, and make all sorts of noices. Kevin said it is because the water caused the floor to warp; it's a concrete floor!! He also told me the floor was level & did not need to be releveled. He will only fix the floor if I pay him to reinstall it. Will never use him or recommend him again!!
