Well I think if you want to sell your product you should recommend you staff to please customers at all times .I went in your new store in University Heights and I ask if i could taste the shamrock shake and the manager said NO and I thought that was not good business I just wanted to see if I liked it or not not get a whole cup full I don't think I 'll be stopping there no time soon .
