I had a great experience with the staff at Wheelchair City. As soon as I walked thru the door I was greeted and ask how I can be helped. I went to wheelchair city to buy a walker for my dad. I had no knowledge I would be able to bill Medicare for the walker. The customer service ladies educated me and helped me with my paperwork. I was able to get a walker for my dad in such a quick time. I am very happy and will be back.
