Hire more people! Employees are consistly working mandatory overtime which while the pay is great, its cutting time away from their families. Two working parents trying to raise their family and never have time to be with their children together because of SL making decisions the day before of OT. It's poor management on their part! As a manager of a business i can tell you over worked employees eventually get burnt out especially when its seperating families because choices are work and have money to provide for your family or say no to OT and get fired since the handbook states you have to work it so instead you miss out on your childs first night home, parties, plays, school events, and all the other things parents should enjoy together with their children because management can't seem to get enough people and keep them to produce the parts that they need. However what do I know I just run a business, keep my employees happy & family involved so they create a career not just a job, All while trying to take 1 day off every week that your factory should be closed to have quality family time with my own family which is never possible because you make your employees work almost everyday which in turn will produce a high turnover rate.
