I am so glad I followed up with them when I didn't understand why the quote seemed so high. They came to my property and immediately sorted the confusion as I am in a duplex arrangement and the other owner had continued her roof repair and left me behind. So their satellite was for both owners instead of one. Ken came on site and understood the situation and his wife Brenda sent me a revised quote that was fair and affordable to me. They installed my roof and tied it in with the existing roof flawlessly. They were responsive throughout and delivered in a reasonable timely manner for roofing and gutters and all materials were quality materials. Other roofers I engaged for quotes always contained a "gotcha" that never resulted in a firm quote. And they were challenged by the "tie in" of the other roof. "They would other wise tell me how cool they were and I would like them a lot!" So I was talking to a lot of roofers. I trust this company and they always say what they mean and mean what they say.
