I have been a customer of Basic Insurance for several years now. I have met the the owner and have dealt with the Office Manager/Agent on several occassions. I have to disagree with the prior post, Ms. Holliman is very professional and very courteous. When I went to Basic Insurance, I knew very little about insurance and she answered all of my questions and explained them to me in a manner where I could understand them. I would do business with her any day, anywhere she works at.

I believe it, I created that insurance agency and she only has a job there still because I trained her, not on her social upbringing, but in businesses and she is a snake!!!!!!! I have heard from many many people and prior policy holders of mine since I sold the agency and I can not say what they said about her because I believe in god!

Do not use this insurance company because the woman running it will access your personal information and make sure it's made public in all surrounding counties. And besides that, the insurance underwriters that she uses are BS and don't pay claims.
