Avoid these guys and go somewhere else! My wife signed up for the personal training. After a few months she became pregnant and her doctor said to not exercise anymore due to issues in a previous pregnancy. We submitted the letter per the contract to put her contract on hold. Before she had the baby I received military orders to send us to Virginia. We submitted the paperwork per the contract to get it cancelled. The company that manages the accounts said they had to take us off the hold, charge us $120 for a month (that we can not use), and then cancel it. They agreed this was unfair, but unless their œclient waived it they had no choice. The company that does the personal training (a subcontractor to Pro Fitness) refused to waive the fee and refused to return phone calls from me. I talked to the owner of Pro Fitness and he also agreed this was not fair, but could no™t do anything about it because it is a subcontractor to him. We are stuck paying this $120 or they will report us to a collection agency. I am spreading the word to keep others from suffering a similar fate. If they will do this to a pregnant lady and a military member then they will do it to you too.
