I recommend Scott Hansing to every single one of my clients simply because he has the experience behind him, he is honest, and truly cares about his work AND MY clients. He is awesome! His fees are fair and reasonable. You certainly will not be disappointed.

I would not suggest using Scott for your inspection needs. I worked with him and found it to be a very difficult process. He was asked to inspect my house early in the day to insure he would be out before several relators’ brought people over to see my house. He left my house messy and when I called to question him about leaving several items worse than he found them; he called me a “weasel” and a “cry baby”. To say the least I found him unprofessional and would suggest looking further for a good inspector.
