Personal Attention ??? Commitment to Serve As a small business, we can provide very personal service. First, we listen to concerns and take them all very seriously. We do not assume. We identify defects based upon facts and advise accordingly. We are not like the doctor who spends 3 minutes with you, decides it is a virus, and tells you to go home and rest. It is the intention of our company to grow hand-in-hand with our employees by encouraging and aiding them to reach their full potential. We believe that quality comes from a combination of discipline, experience, attention to detail and innovation. It is a value that we believe in and practice daily.
