And that's normally after his whole crew of Security officers has just about quit bc they're tire of his mess! He will give you good work for the first month or two! Then BOOM, work gets slow! And if you're a woman, no need to expect equality! You're not going to make what the men make! And if you don't play by his rules, especially if you are an African American woman, Robert McMichael is going to call you every name except your real name and a child of God! JEZEBEL is his favorite word to call us! Then b***h is the other! Don't expect to get paid on time either and DON'T GO TO THE OFFICE TO GET YOUR CHECK! BC THE OFFICE IS HIS HOUSE AND HE MAY PULL A GUN ON YOU AND THREATEN TO SHOOT YOU BC YOU ARE THERE! HE DID IT TO MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF WHEN MY HUSBAND WENT TO GET HIS CHECK ONCE! We called the police on him and he fired my husband! While we both worked there he told my husband numerous times that he needed to leave me! Yupp he tried to break up my marriage! Your pay will not always be right! So keep all text messages! W-2s might not be right either! He doesn't play by the books, he makes up his own rules!
