Creative Accommations seems to be a bBIG RIP OFF company. They said our condo was rented in the Bahamas and promised us a $3700 check in which we never received. I dealt with Kelly Allison and Shelly Reynolds.WE SIGNED A LEASE WITH THEM THAT GAVE THEM PERMISSION TO RENT OUR CONDO FOR US. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY PROMISE BUT THEY DO NOT DELIVER! My family and I went on a beautiful vacation to Atlantis in the Bahamas that without Creative Accommodations we could have not been able to get into or even be able to afford it! Thank you, Vince A.

We booked a 5-star resort called the Hacienda Del Mar in Los Cabos Mexico through RCI at a great price! The resort was beautiful and more than we had expected. The people there were incredibly friendly and helpful. It is also only a short ride to the main city of Cabo but we can also get our peace and quiet from the city when we are at the resort. I would highly recommend this resort and booking through Creative Accommodations. The resort was beautiful! It is a $10 shuttle ride round trip to the city and it is one of the few places with security when coming in and out of the resort. The people are incredibly nice. There is a $4 mandatory tip per day for house keeping but that is nothing. They have I think 3-4 pools and all but one is looking over the ocean (including an infinity pool), the other is looking over their golf course. It has one of the only 5 star restaurants in the area. I found this company to be less then Honest with the way they represent themselves. We contracted with them to RENT our time share, and if not rented within 180 days we would receive a refund. At the end of the time period we had not received any potential rentals. When we tried to contact them about our refund we got NO return calls Only after 9 months and us contacting the Fla ST. atty generals office as well as the better business bureau did they contact us in anyway. to this date they have not refunded our money as stated in their contract. I would not recommend doing business with this company. The owner of Creative Accomodations lied to the better business bureau. Mail sent to the address returns undeliverable, what kind of repeatable company works like this.
