We have booked Roxanne for a few parties. We have a huge family and have seen many entertainers. We love Roxanne. She was professional and fun. The kids loved her too. She helped me decide what would work best for my budget and kids age range. We have yet to be disappointed by her. Family members also booked based in seeing her at our parties. You will not be disappointed.

My 4 year old son got a tattoo from Rockin Roxanne and asked for a blue bat. He was given a black bat and said to me.. Mommy, she gave me a black bat... I asked for blue. I said well, we will ask to put a blue one next to the black bat. Now mind you, we let a half hour pass and she gave no other child a tattoo, was texting and chatting with a young girl. We went over and asked her to give him a blue tattoo bc he had asked for blue. No big deal, just add a blue one next to the black one. She said.. he already had one in a snippy tone. I said, he had asked for blue so I let him know we would put a blue one next to the black one. We also gave her a $4 tip for it, mind you. She said it is policy. This was at the Ihop in Neptune. I told the manager and she said it is not policy, only if she is busy and has alot of other kids in line. She apologized profusely for the behavior or Rockin Roxanne. She was also not very friendly and kiddy oriented. I dont know about her characters she hires but Roxanne is TERRIBLE. Do not use.
