I went there to ask about getting a couple of pairs of shoes repaired. The walls are full of sports memorabilia and make the environment extremely unprofessional. Scott, the owner, casually referred to a female customer i as Momma, as she was leaving (she looked to be the same age range as Scott), which was also a red flag, but I waited for my turn and asked about my shoes. I asked by what process the bottoms of my shoes could be fixed, and when I asked for further clarification and what the cost would be, he began insulting me, implying that I was stupid, mentally ill, etc. He also said that it wouldn't cost me anything because I would pretend not to be happy with the work just so I could get the work done for free, as that was my real motive. When I'd asked him about my 2nd pair of shoes which needed new soles, he told me "There's a trash can over there, just throw your shoes in the trash." Since he had taken and tagged my first pair of shoes, I asked what hours he was open. He rattled them off and when I picked up a business card to write them down, he grabbed the card away from and said, "I just told you, you cant remember THAT?" For a visit that lasted all of about 5 mins, this was the most abusive customer experience I've ever had. He was yelling & extremely aggressive. The look in his eye seemed like something was not right, or maybe it was straight out cruelty. I said a few choice things to him about his abuse and left with my shoes, as he was still trying to instig
