Extremely unsatisfied. Agreed on and quoted for three coats of high gloss polyurethane on my hardwood floors upstairs. After two coats were applied, I noticed that the empty polyurethane cans in my trash (not sure why they were tossed into my trash bin neither) said “Satin”. In a very polite manner I requested that after the third coat of High Gloss was applied, the fourth would be added to make sure the surface is smooth and shiny, since the first two coats were Satin, and not as agreed initially. The response I got was - “You only need one coat of high gloss it will be fine”. I have to say, it is far from being fine. The floor surface is rough, and there is hardly any sheen. My downstairs floors were refinished by a different contractor 8 years ago, and they look better than the ones done by Kaufman Flooring last week. Stay away from doing business with them. I do not recommend this company.
