I have been a customer with A&I Trash Disposal for several months now, and when I signed on with them, I could not believe how kind and courteous these people were, and I couldn't believe how low their rates were! There have been a couple times when I forgot to get my trash out in time, and when they drive by, they honk the horn to wake me up to get my trash out. That may not seem like much, but to me, I think it's awesome! Not only have they done that, but they will also come back to your home and get your trash if you forgot to get it out. I called and told them that not only are they the best waste disposal company I have ever dealt with, but that they are the absolute best company ever by far. They are the kindest people, and it has been my experience that they go way above and beyond their duties to make sure their customers are happy. Companies don't do that anymore, and it gives me hope knowing that excellent customer service is not dead. I never dreamed that I would be writing a review about the trashman, but because they run their business with honesty, integrity, backbone, and sheer kindness, I had to take the time to let others know how great a business A&I Trash Disposal is. Even if you aren't looking for a new trash company, I suggest you divorce who you were with and get on board with A&I. I promise you will be happier, and your wallet will be thicker. Plus, they are locally owned and operated, and your money will go back into the local economy. It's a win win.
