Very unprofessional staff, in my opinion. On one call I could hear the F word being repeatedly used in the background. Fred's committed on many occasions to have cabinets complete and failed to meet those dates. Some times literally saying they are going now to get them at the shop, just to find out later they were not complete. We have bases in a remodel and now have to try to have another cabinet maker complete the drawers and doors, since Fred's is now saying, we cannot provide exact dates as to when we will be able to complete each room/item. It sounds like they have accepted too much work and all their clients are upset with them. Certainly the quality has suffered, in my opinion, since nearly every base was not like the CAD approved by the builder.
