DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I spoke to Gwen in the office 3 times before I was finally able to schedule an appointment for the owner, Maureen, to come out to do an estimate on a property I had an offer on. Maureen agreed to have the completed estimate emailed to me by Noon the following day. When Maureen asked for the $75.00 estimate payment, she refused to accept credit/debit cards (checks only). I haven't carried a checkbook in 10 years. Maureen said she would have Gwen call me with the address to mail the check to. I called Gwen immediately, got the address and mailed the check the same day. The next day I called Gwen at 10:00a (estimate not ready). Called at 11:58am (only 30 more min.). I called at 2:58pm (on my way into the courtroom). The next day Gwen said that it wasn't done till 4:30 and Maureen refused to release it until she received the check. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
