I emailed them about the gutter cleaning request. Ellie called me and asked me my address. I was waiting for another phone call or email to schedule the work time and provide the estimate about the work. One week later, the crew should up when I was not home and started the work. I only knew that afterword when I checked my camera. Now they sent me a bill, 4 times than the price my neighbor had. I tried to email Ellie again, point out she fail to inform the price before. The only thing she can say is "you didn't refuse the work when they were there." Don't understand how a company do work like this. Highly disappointed about this company. Stay away from them.
