I had an amazing experience using Referral Carpet Services. Mike Becker, Owner, knows how to service his customers. I called Mike on a Monday and his crew was out the following day to survey the area of the carpeting that needed to be cleaned. I called 3 other carpet cleaners and they were forecasting 3-5 days before someone could come out to see it. My mom had a serious accident and there was a 4' x 6' area that was pooled in blood. Not only did his team survey the area, they began working immediately to clean the carpeting. After 3 hours of work, the carpeting was fully cleaned. The carpet cleaning team was outstanding. They took great care to clean up after the service. Mike followed up with me the following day to make sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Referral Carpet Services. Their service, responsiveness, and pricing can't be beat.
